Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Delivered via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions. Please check our website for specific exclusions.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Rocket Tools: Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Return & Exchange Process

- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Refund Timeline
